Rio's Legacy: Were the Olympics worth it for Brazil? (part 1)

The closing ceremonies of the 31st Summer Games had the entire planet dancing to a samba beat after a fortnight that included plenty of tales of great performances and sportsmanship. Rio pulled it off, but now comes the bill. We'll look at unfinished projects, murky bookkeeping, Olympic-sized debt, and a regularly-scheduled political crisis that resumes this week with the trial in the senate of Brazil's impeached president Dilma Rousseff. Can Brazil be proud or will it regret hosting the Games?
