US campaign financing rules 'distort the political process'
In 2010, the US Supreme Court made a decision that completely changed the way election campaigns are financed. The ruling paved the way for the creation of Super PAC funding committees and particularly for companies to contribute unlimited amounts to their candidate of choice. Our guest Guillaume Debré has worked as a journalist in the United States and has written a book entitled "Wa$hington: How money ruined American democracy".
