'The president puts on his candidate suit'

FRENCH PAPERS - Fri. 09.09.16: French papers focus on the arrest of three female suspects in relation to a suspected terror plot at Notre Dame. Also, papers react to François Hollande's big speech yesterday on terrorism and identity. According to Libération, he came across as very presidential. Le Figaro, meanwhile, says it wasn't President Hollande speaking, but candidate Hollande.
