Hungary 'will never accept mandatory quota system' for migrants

Hungary will hold a referendum on October 2 on whether to accept mandatory EU quotas for relocating migrants. Péter Szijjártó, the Hungarian foreign minister, tells FRANCE 24 why his government is against the scheme. He also reacts to recent comments by his counterpart from Luxembourg, Jean Asselborn, who called for Hungary to be suspended or even expelled from the EU.
