FRENCH PAPERS - Weds. 05.10.16: French papers react to the government's plan to save the iconic Belfort train factory in eastern France. The state will buy 15 extra TGV trains from Alstom to keep the plant open. But instead of drawing praise, it's drawing criticism. The rescue plan is expensive and the high-speed trains won't be used to their full potential. Is this all to draw votes in the 2017 presidential election?
