British pound drops to lowest level in three decades

The pound sterling took a 6 percent plunge in just two minutes before recovering this Friday. The sudden drop could have been caused by human error or an automated algorithm gone wrong. We look at what makes the currency so volatile since the Brexit vote. Also, we see how the British Finance Minister, Philip Hammond, has been trying to convince Wall Street that the UK, and London in particular, is still a great place to do business.
