EU bargains with Africa over migration

As France begins to dismantle the sprawling refugee camp in Calais, Germany and other EU states want migrants and refugees in their countries to be sent back to Greece. Meanwhile, Italy recently overtook Greece as the country with the most arrivals, notably from Africa. A recent EU summit looked to Africa for solutions, with more talk of setting up partnerships with countries there to prevent and discourage people from making the perilous journey to the EU.
