Nigeria: Locals in Niger Delta feel abandoned by oil giants

In Nigeria, there have been 1,600 attacks on oil and gas installations over the past year. Production has been cut by over 20 percent, causing Nigeria to fall behind Angola as Africa's biggest oil producer. As a result, oil giants are cutting back on hiring staff, which has left communities in the oil-rich Delta state feeling they've been dealt a major injustice. Our correspondents report.
