Europe's next worry: Populist surge ahead of votes in Italy, Austria (part 2)

It's another day of reckoning for Europe this coming Sunday as Italians head to the polls to decide whether or not to reform their post-war constitution. A "No" vote could further boost insurgent parties like the eurosceptic Five Star Movement and spell doom for Renzi, one of the last major figures of Europe's centre-left. Meanwhile, in Austria, a far-right candidate could be elected president. After Brexit and Trump, is this the new normal ahead of big elections in the Netherlands and France?
