Africa's education challenge: How to keep girls in school?

Emmanuel Macron is in Dakar this Friday to co-host, alongside Senegal's President Macky Sall, a Global Partnership for Education Financing Conference. Public spending for education in the developing world is much lower than in developed nations. Keeping boys and especially girls in school is key.
