Nuclear non-proliferation: Iran deal shows 'we can move mountains'

Dr Lassina Zerbo is the head of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organisation, a UN body created to police the world for any sign of nuclear tests. The CTBTO runs a network of strategically spread stations around the world for independent and consistent monitoring. Dr Zerbo tells FRANCE 24 that after the success of the Iran nuclear deal, he hopes diplomacy will also work with North Korea - the only country to have tested nuclear weapons in the 21st century.
