Gilles de Kerchove: 'Brexit won't have an impact on intelligence sharing'

Criminals and weapons are crossing both external and internal borders of the EU, but police intelligence and information are struggling to do the same. After the London attack, we know that 100% security is not possible when a man can attack people with simply a car or a knife. But is the situation getting better or worse in the EU?
