Cameroonian doctors, furious at what they say are impossibly low wages and appalling working conditions, push ahead with strike action. We hear from some of them.

Also, insecticide-treated mosquito nets have helped save millions of lives across Africa in recent years but with many communities doubling them up as fishing nets, lakes are becoming polluted and vital fish stocks are dwindling.
