Donors pledge millions at Uganda refugee summit

In tonight's edition, we take a look at a UN resolution for an investigation into atrocities committed in DR Congo's Kasai region. Also, at the Uganda refugee summit, donors pledge millions of dollars to help South Sudanese people seeking refuge in the country. And in Senegal, corner shops turn to digital technology to boost productivity.

A UN resolution calls for an investigation into killings and other abuses committed in DR Congo's Kasai region. The Congolese justice system will head up the inquiry, a move the US has caused "concerning".
