EU fines Google €2.4bn over shopping service

The European Commission has fined Google a record €2.4 billion for giving its own shopping service an "illegal advantage" over its rivals. Google is expected to appeal the decision. We speak to Steve Kuncewicz of Slater & Gordon about whether the penalty will be enough to change Google's business practices, and what it could mean for other tech giants facing regulatory issues in Brussels.
