It's been described as TV's first global blockbuster. The final season of "Game of Thrones" has begun airing throughout the world. The programme is not just a big winner for the studio HBO. It's also been instrumental in a shift in the industry, encouraging the revival of big budget television, as IHS Markit TV industry specialist Tim Westcott tells FRANCE 24.
