Game of Thrones and TV's golden age

It's been described as TV's first global blockbuster. The final season of "Game of Thrones" has begun airing throughout the world. The programme is not just a big winner for the studio HBO. It's also been instrumental in a shift in the industry, encouraging the revival of big budget television, as IHS Markit TV industry specialist Tim Westcott tells FRANCE 24. So is this TV's new golden age?
