Migrant crisis: What can the UN do?

At the end of 2016, 65 million people were forcibly displaced worldwide, a figure almost equal to the population of France. On average, a person is driven from their home every three seconds. Sadly, 2017 is on track for equally staggering numbers. Alessandra Morelli, from the UN High Commission for Refugees, tells us how the organisation is handling its biggest crisis in decades.
