French left divided, but opposed to Macron's reforms
FRENCH PAPERS, Wed. 06.09.17: We take a look at divisions within France's labour unions and political parties. Communist paper L'Humanité points out that President Emmanuel Macron is increasingly isolated now that all of the unions have come out against his labour reforms. Meanwhile, French daily Le Parisien explains why the president does not want to be seen as a friend of the wealthy. The daily also reports on how Macron's predecessor, François Hollande, will be spending his retirement.
