Zimbabwe: Emmerson Mnangagwa pledges to revive failing economy

Emmerson Mnangagwa is sworn in as Zimbabwe's new president, bringing the final curtain down on Robert Mugabe's 37-year rule. Egypt's President, Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, vows to respond with "brutal force" after militants attack a crowded mosque in northern Sinai, killing at least 235 people. Also, in Mali, attacks by terror groups and radical preachers force over 200 schools to close.
