Bangladeshi PM calls violence in Myanmar 'unacceptable'

In an interview with FRANCE 24, Bangladesh's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina called the actions of the army against the Rohingya minority in Myanmar "unacceptable". Hundreds of thousands have fled the violence to find refuge in neighbouring Bangladesh. Hasina told FRANCE 24 that Dhaka has received guarantees from Myanmar on the repatriation of the refugees. "They agreed that they will have shelter and they will make all the arrangements for their safety [and] security," she said.
