Europe's 'soft power': EU Commissioner Tibor Navracsics on European identity

Sport, culture, youth and education: the portfolio handled by EU Commissioner Tibor Navracsics may sound like a lot of fun, but he says it's one of the most important policy dossiers in the European Union. In a wide-ranging interview with FRANCE 24's European Affairs Editor Catherine Nicholson, he tells us more about Europe's "soft power" – from cultural celebrations to the Erasmus university exchange programme.
