HRW chief: 'Trump has been a disaster for human rights'

Human Rights Watch, one of the world's most prominent human rights organisations, has just published its annual report. One of its conclusions is that human rights can - under certain conditions - be protected from populist challenges. Kenneth Roth, the executive director of Human Rights Watch, tells us more. He also gives FRANCE 24 his take on the human rights records of authoritarian leaders around the globe, as well as that of US President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron.
