On this year's Holocaust Remembrance Day, Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel warned of rising anti-Semitism. The number of anti-Semitic crimes is indeed on the rise in Germany. The vast majority of these incidents are attributed to far-right groups, but the ongoing tensions in the Middle East are also to blame for the higher numbers.
