In this edition we're looking into the issue of homelessness. While the plight of homeless people is by no means new or limited to France, authorities here are struggling to meet the challenge, leaving NGOs to pick up the slack. That starts with something as basic as counting the number of people living rough. We take a closer look at these men and women's stories, and at their daily life on the street.
