Drought in South Africa's Cape provinces declared national disaster

South Africa tries to unlock more cash to tackle the water crisis affecting three Cape provinces by declaring the drought a national disaster.
Also, Nigeria struggles to tackle the spread of an outbreak of Lassa fever which has claimed 110 lives so far this year.
And staying in Nigeria, the group behind the "Bring Back Our Girls" campaign has threatened to sue the government if it doesn't make progress in tracking down 110 children taken by Boko Haram extremists in Dapchi last month, as well as the remaining Chibok girls abducted in 2014.
