Mind the pay gap: UK companies publish figures on gender pay disparity

New figures have revealed an astonishing gender pay gap in the UK's financial industry. Stephen Carroll talks to Ann Francke, CEO of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), about what can be done to close it. Also in this programme, we look at France's history of strikes as the country enters a fresh period of industrial unrest.
