Tesla recalls tens of thousands of cars over faulty steering bolt

Tesla's shares plunged after it announced a voluntary recall of some 123,000 older Model S cars to replace a power steering bolt that could corrode due to salt on winter roads. The recall caps a rough month for Tesla which is already plagued by production delays, lawsuits and a fatal accident that called its autopilot technology into question. Also, Donald Trump says he will "hold up" a newly renegotiated trade deal with South Korea... pending progress in nuclear talks with North Korea.
