China slaps new tariffs on US imports

China has slapped new tariffs of up to 25% on 128 US goods, in retaliation to Donald Trump's recent duties on Chinese steel and aluminium imports. The move could be just a warning shot: tougher tit-for-tat measures may be on the horizon as Washington considers hitting China with punitive tariffs over its technology and intellectual property policy. Plus, Elon Musk fires off a series of April Fool's Day jokes... that may not be so funny for investors.
