EU Finance Commissioner Pierre Moscovici on Russia, Brexit and privatisations

Is Europe really united in its response to Russia over the poisoning of the former spy Sergei Skripal? Is this the moment for the UK to lift the lid on its relations with Moscow more broadly, notably the money being brought into Britain by wealthy Russians? In Europe, should the EU be tightening its tax noose on the big digital players like Amazon, Google and Facebook – or does it risk causing rifts with member states that host the digital giants?

Joining Catherine Nicholson to discuss all this and more on Talking Europe is Pierre Moscovici, the European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs. He's also a former French finance minister.
