'We still have a long way to go to reach gender equality'

The hashtags #MeToo and #TimesUp have been prevalent on social media for several months now as women take a stand against sexual abuse and harassment in the aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein scandal. But of course, the struggle for women's rights dates back much further. In a bid to make a difference and bridge the gap, the United Nations set up the agency UN Women back in 2010 to act as a global champion for women and girls. We hear from Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka.
