The Windrush scandal has left citizens wondering if it's all gone too far in the Britain where rising anti-immigrant sentiment led to Brexit. The Home Secretary when the policy was decided was Theresa May. But it's her successor Amber Rudd who's now fallen after The Guardian exposed proof of the quotas Rudd denied knowing about. Many argue that what led to those quotas in 2015 led to Brexit a year later: a sharp rise in immigration over two decades. Now, with Windrush, will attitudes change?
