Billionaire donor Mo Ibrahim on Rwanda and good governance in Africa
This year's Mo Ibrahim Prize for Achievement in African Leadership has been awarded to the former Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Mo Ibrahim is the Sudanese-born billionaire businessman behind the prize and the foundation that recently organised high-level discussions in Kigali on good governance and public service. He gave FRANCE 24 his take on the situation in Rwanda and the challenges of achieving good governance in Africa.
