Can older workers salvage Japan's pension system?

With life expectancy increasing and birth rates low, Japan needs to find a way to salvage its pension system. The government of PM Shinzo Abe is considering raising the retirement age to allow older people to keep working. The move has been welcomed in a country where many seniors already have a job. Our correspondents Constantin Simon, Aruna Popuri and Bruce Harrison report from Tokyo.
