'I knew there was a market for British food in Paris'

Scotch egg, shepherd's pie and apple crumble – these dishes are music to the ears of any classic British eater. But to the French? Defying the odds, a traditional British-style restaurant is now taking on the French chefs at their own game, by opening up right in the heart of Paris. But is it really working? We found out by talking to the man behind it, Oliver Woodhead.
