Hope and disillusion ahead of local elections in Tunisia

On Sunday May 6, nearly five million Tunisians will be eligible to elect officials in 350 municipalities, the very first local elections since the 2011 revolution. But seven years on, in Tunisia's underdeveloped West Central regions - the heartland of the uprising - citizens are still faced with a dire lack of public services and infrastructure. Our correspondents Lilia Blaise and Hamdi Tlili went to meet them.
