30 years on: Who killed anti-apartheid activist Dulcie September?
In 1988, the anti-apartheid activist Dulcie September was assassinated in central Paris. She was the representative of Nelson Mandela's African National Congress in France and was also investigating alleged illegal arms deals between Paris and Pretoria. Thirty years on, her murder remains unpunished, despite the declassification of military archives which point to a murky relationship between France and South Africa's apartheid regime of the time. Our correspondents report from Cape Town.
