EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn: 'Either we export stability, or we import instability'

You might think the EU had enough to keep itself occupied with its own 28 member states. But the bloc also keeps a close eye on its nearest neighbours: North Africa, the Middle East, Ukraine, and the Western Balkans to name a few. The bloc invests hundreds of millions of euros each year in these countries, with a focus on political stability, migrants and the economy. We discuss all this and more with Johannes Hahn, EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations.
