Philippines moves towards allowing divorce

The Philippines is one of only two places in the world where divorce is still illegal, the other being Vatican City. But the country is taking steps towards changing that. Despite strong opposition from the Catholic Church, the lower house of parliament recently passed a divorce bill. The legislation now needs to be approved by the Senate. Our correspondents report from Manila.
