Amnesty International says Nigerian army abused women fleeing Boko Haram

Amnesty International accuses Nigerian soldiers of raping women rescued from Boko Haram. Nigeria's military says the claims are false and malicious. Also, the Democratic Republic of Congo is on high alert after the escape of two dying Ebola patients. According to Doctors Without Borders, the pair then went to a prayer meeting, potentially exposing 50 people to the deadly virus. And the UN envoy for Burundi calls for talks to be relaunched between the government and the opposition.
