Rising R&B star R.LUM.R on going against the grain
His slick sound has been hailed as so grandiose it can't be confined to just one genre. Indie R&B singer-songwriter R.LUM.R made a name for himself with his sleeper hit "Frustrated", which skyrocketed up the Spotify charts - racking up more than 30 million streams in the process. The up-and-comer talks to France 24's Richelle Harrison Plesse about switching from classical guitar to contemporary R&B and carving out a niche for himself in the capital of country music.
