Is it really a female-led tech revolution here in Paris, as some are claiming? The reality is the statistics are still pretty bleak with recent figures revealing just 33 percent of the French digital sector's employees being female and with only nine percent of start-ups being led by women. We speak to Roxanne Varza, the head of Station F (the world’s largest start-up incubator campus located here in Paris).
