Child development: Inside a child's incredible brain

Paediatric neurologist Ghislaine Dehaene has spent much of her life studying the brain capacities of infants. She looks at how babies respond to sights and sounds around them, and how they manage to digest that information and use it to their advantage. Her research even shows how babies can tell the sounds of their own language, compared to another, before their first birthday. Ghislaine Dehaene is the author of the book "Mon cerveau à l'école" or "My brain at school".
