Iran under pressure: Tehran vows retaliation after Ahvaz attack

Iran's president, Hassan Rouhani, returns to the UN General Assembly for the first time since Washington walked away from the nuclear deal and reimposed sanctions. Rouhani is also facing pressure from within, after an attack targeted the elite revolutionary guards at a military parade in Ahvaz. Arab minority radicals claimed responsibility, but Tehran blames US regional allies Saudi Arabia and the UAE. What backlash can we expect? Should Rouhani reach out to Trump?
