Iran's president, Hassan Rouhani, returns to the UN General Assembly for the first time since Washington walked away from the nuclear deal and reimposed sanctions. Rouhani is also facing pressure from within, after an attack targeted the elite revolutionary guards at a military parade in Ahvaz.
