Sobel Aziz Ngom is a 28-year-old Senegalese entrepreneur inspiring, educating and mentoring the next generation of African entrepreneurs and leaders by giving them access to life-changing opportunities. He speaks to FRANCE 24 about his role as executive director of Social Change Factory, his work with the Ashoka Changemakers NGO, and most recently his appointment to the board of UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited, as well as the challenges and issues facing African youth today.
