As France marks the 60th anniversary of its Fifth Republic, we're looking at the inception and endurance of this political regime and its Constitution. Despite a number of reforms, some deep social and political changes, and ongoing calls for the Fifth Republic to give way to a Sixth, this grand old dame is still going strong. We ask Jean-Louis Debré, former president of the National Assembly and son of the Constitution's author, how it has stood the test of time.
