The changing face of French parenthood

When it comes to having babies, France is Europe's most fertile country. Last year, a total of 767,000 babies were born here. But even so, that number was 2% lower than the previous year and for three consecutive years now, there's been a downward trend. This week we're examining the issue of France's falling birth rate, which brings us to the maternity ward of the Diaconesses Hospital in Paris.
