French club: Rwandan FM tipped to head group of Francophonie nations

The club of French-speaking nations is holding its bi-annual summit in the Armenian capital with at least two reasons to pay attention. For starters, the Francophonie, as it's known, is set to change bosses. Members are dropping their support for incumbent Secretary-General Michaëlle Jean of Canada in favour of Rwanda's Foreign Minister Louise Mushikiwabo - we ask why. The other big story is that the Francophonie seems to be growing ever more popular.
