Google says 48 employees sacked over sexual harassment

Google has revealed it has fired 48 employees, including 13 senior managers, in the last two years over sexual harassment claims. The surprise disclosure by CEO Sundar Pichai comes after a news report that the company had given handsome payouts to former executives despite accusations of sexual misconduct. Plus, looking for new ways to raise money to keep their temples running, a group of Buddhist monks in Japan have launched a company to sell electricity.
