Meeting the men and women behind France's national child helpline

This Monday marks the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. But it wasn't until more than 40 years later that a separate convention aiming to protect children was signed. In France, a dedicated helpline for children, number 119, has been in place for the past three decades. Our reporters went to meet the professionals who help distressed children on a daily basis.
