Global stocks slump after Fed raises rates again

Global stocks slumped after the US Federal Reserve decided to raise its benchmark interest rates for the fourth time this year, while signalling slower hikes in 2019. Japan's Nikkei sank almost 3% to a 15-month low. Plus, former Nissan chief Carlos Ghosn could soon leave prison following a rare decision by a Japanese court to reject prosecutors' request to extend his pre-trial detention period by another 10 days.
